We collect and process personal data (Name, Email, Professional Information) strictly to provide our IT orchestration services, connect experts with clients, and manage administrative/billing requirements.

3. Data Sharing

As an orchestration platform, we share necessary project data with our vetted network of Experts and Suppliers to execute your requests. All partners are bound by strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

4. Your Rights (RGPD)

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at: contact@artifect.io.

5. Links to our partners

When you click a link marked "Partner link", we record, without cookies, the partner concerned, the artifect.io page the click came from, the language, the country of connection and the date of the click. The country is determined by our hosting provider from your IP address, which we do not keep. We do not keep any information about your browser either. We use this data to check the commissions our partners owe us and to measure the audience of these links. This processing is based on our legitimate interest. The data is kept for 13 months and then deleted. It is hosted by Vercel and Supabase. You can object to this processing by writing to contact@artifect.io, or by going directly to the partner's website without using our link.
